product usage:
BD7012 slurry pump abrasion resistant protective coating is the high performance wear&corrosion resistant material compounded
by high performance wear resistant material and modified toughening resin.Widely used in repairing various heavy medium wear-out
part and preparation of wear resistant coatings on the surface of various machine part which has wear resistant,corrosion resistant
requirements.Such as repairing mine slurry pump,swirler,grit mouth,jet flow machine,classifier,feed delivery pipe and other equipment parts
How to use:
1. Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc,the surface after
coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no
greasy dirt and dust.(Then make the undercoat BD426T mix uniformly according to the specified ratio,and scrape coating on the surface
of metal substrates,in guarantee under the premise of no shortage of adhesive,the adhesive layers are the thinner the better,then wait for the
undercoat initial curing.This step is optional,can improve the bonding strength between the wear resistant layers and substrates.)
2. Configuration: Should heat the B component up to 50¡æ first(also need heating the A component properly in winter),make A and B
two components mix uniformly according to weight ratio 4:1,generally it’s while construction and configuration,don't configure too much
adhesive every time,too much adhesive is not easy to mix uniformly.(When the temperature is low,the viscosity of 7011 is high,not suitable
to mix uniformly,need heating up the A,B component separately first,then make them mix uniformly)
3. Coating: The suitable coating thickness of BD7012 slurry pump abrasion resistant protective coating is 8~30mm,make the proportioned
adhesive blade coating on the metal substrates repeatedly,make the base material wet up the substrates,then make the mixed-up material
press coating on the pending-repair part.After the coating is coated on the required size, blade coating towards a single direction to make the
surface be smooth,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing interference
phenomenon in the assembly.
4. Curing condition: Heat it up to 80¡æ slowly and keep this temperature for 2 hours,and it can full cure for heating up to 120¡æ and
keeping this temperature for 2 hours
